OUR
HIDDEN LITTER PLANTER HAS GONE TO THE DOGS!!!!!
Our
Hidden Litter cat litter or bed system has been dominated
by the intended recipient, “CATS”. But we have
had rising demands by consumers requesting the entrance made
larger and lowered for their smaller dogs or pets. The entrance
is enlarged to a 12'X12" opening and lowered to 3.5
inches from the floor level giving the smaller, less agile,
dogs an easier entry. There is less litter tracking since
dogs and other smaller pets tend to not cover their tracks.
DOG
LITTER BOX TRAINING
Although
some puppies or smaller dogs have been trained to go to newspapers
or potty pads they can also be trained to go to our Doggy
Hidden Litter planter by simply placing a newspaper or pad
into the bottom of the planter base. After the pet is comfortable
with its new potty place dog litter of choice may be introduced
by placing a small amount on top of the paper or simply into
the base by itself although some pets may need the encouragement
of paper and litter combined until the litter is accepted
by itself.
The
10 year old dog (Boogie) shown in the photos weighs exactly
18 pounds and has absolutely no trouble going into the larger
Contemporary model. The 7 year old tee cup poodle (Angel)
weighs exactly 3 pounds and has lots of room to potty or
knap if the planter is chosen for a bed area.
The
Hidden Litter INNER LINER PAN can
also be altered to fit the Doggy hidden Litter conversion.
